Wes Graham represents individuals and businesses in commercial, employment, and probate matters. His experience includes representing individuals and businesses in a wide variety of disputes, including employment, contract, commercial real estate, securities fraud, and estate and trust litigation. Wes also advises clients on a range of corporate and transactional issues. Prior to joining the firm, Wes practiced for more than seven years with Henson & Efron, P.A. in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and then six years with Graham, Ervanian & Cacciatore, LLP in Des Moines. Wes is currently licensed to practice in Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Wes has been selected for inclusion in Great Plains Super Lawyers (2013-2023). He has also been selected for inclusion in Minnesota Super Lawyers (Rising Stars, 2012).
Wes is a Member of the Des Moines Public Library Board of Trustees.
