Kelsey is an associate at the firm, practicing in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and business law.

Kelsey provides comprehensive services in connection with wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and estate and gift taxation.  She focuses on helping families plan their legacy by understanding their individual goals and family circumstances and coordinating the estate plan to fit those needs. In addition, Kelsey also provides services in connection with the administration of wills, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts. 

On the business side, she assists clients in planning for and executing the succession of a closely-held business, whether through a sale of the company or by reason or a retirement or death. She also handles entity organization, administration, and reorganization.

Kelsey was accepted into the Heart of America Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) in 2023. Kelsey has been selected for inclusion in Great Plains Super Lawyers (Rising stars 2022-2023).
